    On January 12^th and 13^th, a broker training seminar was conducted by Herb Bench, Manager, Nikken USA and Jim Nolte, Manager Technical Services, Nikken Foods. This was the second such seminar held during the past 12 months. It included 10 members of Nikken Foods’ broker community from both coasts and markets in between. Topics included: New Products, Potential Applications, Presentation Techniques and Corporate Capabilities.

Nikken Foods conducts these meetings as an ongoing training program to help their brokers better serve their customers. The sessions are a blend of classroom presentations and laboratory demonstrations. In the Nikken Application Laboratory, the brokers become participants in the preparation of samples and product presentations.

The Nikken Application Laboratory is located in the LILAR Corporation facility in St. Louis, Missouri.
