    On March 23rd and 24th, a broker training seminar was conducted by Herb Bench, Manager, Nikken USA and Jim Nolte, Manager Technical Services, Nikken Foods. Topics included: New Products, Potential Applications, Presentation Techniques and Corporate Capabilities.

Nikken Foods conducts these meetings as an ongoing training program to help their brokers better serve their customers. The sessions are a blend of classroom presentations and laboratory demonstrations. In the Nikken Application Laboratory, the brokers become participants in the preparation of samples and product presentations.

The Nikken Application Laboratory is located in the LILAR Corporation facility in St. Louis, Missouri.
