    On May 24^th and 25^th, a broker training seminar was conducted by Herb Bench, Manager, Nikken USA and Jim Nolte, Manager Technical Services, Nikken Foods. This was the third such seminar held during the past 12 months. It included 8 members of Nikken Foods broker community from the U.S. East Coast and Midwest and from Japan . Topics included: New Products, Potential Applications, Presentation Techniques and Corporate Capabilities.

Nikken Foods conducts these meetings as an ongoing training program to help their brokers better serve their customers. The sessions are a blend of classroom presentations and laboratory demonstrations. In the Nikken Application Laboratory, the brokers become participants in the preparation of samples and product presentations.

The Nikken Application Laboratory is located in the LILAR Corporation facility in St. Louis , Missouri .
