Dill Vinaigrette

% Ingredients

  • 57.85% Canola Oil
  • 31.86% Red Wine Vinegar
  • 7.35% Sugar
  • 0.39% Dried Dill Weed
  • 0.29% Dry Mustard, Ground
  • 0.29% Black Pepper, Ground
  • 0.98% Traditional Soy Sauce Powder - 5301
  • 0.49% Natural Flavor Enhancer Powder (Wheat Free) - 7203
  • 0.2% Shiitake Extract Powder - 2111
  • 0.1% Roasted Garlic Extract Powder - 2355

Mix together dry ingredients, including dried dill weed. Whisk dry ingredients into red wine vinegar until completely dispersed / dissolved.

Slowly add canola oil to red wine vinegar mixture while blending with an immersion blender.

Mix or shake well just before serving.
