	Nikken Foods Company debuted its newest line of shelf-stable vegetable product in paste form. Also, the company introduced XO seafood powder and XO liquid concentrate, a spicy blend of seafood and Oriental seasonings. The liquid concentrate is low in moisture, stable at room temperatures and pourable.
