  Nikken Foods Company debuted its newest line of shelf-stable vegetable product in paste form. Also, the company introduced XO seafood powder and XO liquid concentrate, a spicy blend of seafood and Oriental seasonings. The liquid concentrate is low in moisture, stable at room temperatures and pourable. The company produces flavor bases in seafood, garlic, poultry, salad dressing and vegetable/mushroom, and offers a complete line of consistent seafood flavors, including anchovy, clam, lobster and shrimp, in addition to other soy sauce powders and Asian flavors.
