Bayou Crab Chowder

  • 20.50% Lite Coconut Milk
  • 15.08% Sweet Potatoes
  • 9.99% Frozen Corn
  • 6.84% Turkey Kielbasa
  • 2.90% Crab Meat
  • 2.32% Turkey Bacon
  • 1.50% 1300 Crab Extract
  • 0.60% Starch
  • 0.22% Cajun Seasoning
  • 0.18% Garlic Powder
  • 0.12% Black Pepper
  • 0.12% Dried Thyme

Sautee bacon and kielbasa until cooked through. While the meat cooks, combine the garlic, Cajun seasoning, thyme, starch, pepper, and crab extract with the Vegetable stock. Add the vegetable stock mixture, potatoes, and corn to the pot and bring to a simmer. Add coconut milk and crab meat and serve.
