Allergen-Free Soyaki Sauce

Soyaki Sauce with a twist. Developed using Nikken's 5390 fermented rice extract powder, this sauce is allergen-free but with the same great taste as the original.

Directions

Add all ingredients into mixing bowl and whisk vigorously to combine. If needed, heat slightly to allow mixture to combine thoroughly.

  • Typically Soyaki Sauces are made with liquid soy sauce which contains soy and wheat allergens. Using our 5390 fermented rice extract powder we are able to create an allergen-free alternative.
