Homestyle Beef Gravy


Mix starch, Nikken ingredients, salt and pepper into beef stock until completely dispersed/dissolved and no lumps remain.

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add beef stock mixture and cream to saucepan and increase heat to medium-high.

Bring mixture to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute while whisking/stirring.
