Miso Fig Butter

% Ingredients

  • 43.12% Water
  • 25.37% Dried Figs
  • 19.57% Applesauce
  • 9.63% Honey
  • 1.03% Orange zest, dried
  • 1.00% 6100 Red Miso Powder
  • 0.28% Cinnamon, ground

Heat water and then add to figs. Allow to soak for 1 hour. Transfer mixture into food processor along with remaining ingredients. Puree until smooth. Add a touch of water if paste is too thick.
