Korean BBQ Seasoning

% Ingredients

  • 36.6% Brown Sugar
  • 30.0% Komi Powder 7400
  • 27.9% Traditional Soy Sauce Powder 5301
  • 4.2% White Vinegar Powder
  • 0.5% Roasted Garlic Extract Powder 2355
  • 0.5% Roasted Onion Extract Powder 2230
  • 0.15% Black Pepper, Ground
  • 0.15% Ginger, Ground

Dry mix all ingredients together until even blended and free of any lumps.  Use as a seasoning on chips, crackers, nuts, popcorn, etc. or as an ingredient in a soup, sauce or dressing.
