Mashed Potatoes

Directions

Heat water, salt and butter just to boiling and remove from heat.

Add 2111 Shiitake Extract Powder and 1912 Seaweed Powder to hot mixture while whisking or mixing with an immersion blender. Mix until completely dissolved. Add cold milk and mix well.

Stir in unflavored instant potato flakes until moistened. Let stand until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork.
