Heat water to approximately 140°F.
Slowly add 5301 Traditional Soy Sauce Powder to water while whisking or mixing with an immersion blender. Mix until soy sauce is completely dissolved. Add honey and mix well.
Slowly add toasted sesame oil while mixing with an immersion blender.
Add ginger paste and Sambal Oelek and whisk or blend until completely dispersed.
