Red Clam Sauce

Directions

Heat olive oil, crushed tomatoes and red wine over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix together dry ingredients and slowly add to tomato mixture while whisking (or use immersion blender, if smoother consistency is desired). Mix until all dry ingredients are dissolved.

Stir in clams in broth and simmer mixture on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
