Tomato Rosa Sauce

Directions

Heat olive oil in sauce pan over medium heat.

Add tomatoes, sugar, 5301 Traditional Soy Sauce Powder, 6100 Red Miso Powder, 7400 Komi™ Powder, 2355 Roasted Garlic Extract Powder, Onion Powder, basil, salt, oregano and black pepper and mix well.

Increase heat to medium high and bring to a boil.  Allow to cook for several minutes until much of the liquid has evaporated.

Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and butter.

Simmer for 5 minutes.
