Mushroom Broth

% Ingredients

  • 97% Water
  • 1% Champignon Mushroom Extract Powder - 2135
  • 1% Shiitake Extract Powder - 2111
  • 1% Natural Flavor Enhancer Powder (Wheat Free) - 7203

Heat water to at least 140°F.

Mix together dry ingredients and add to hot water while mixing with an immersion blender. Mix until dry ingredients are completely dissolved.
