Teriyaki Glaze (allergen free)

% Ingredients

  • 48.3% Water
  • 19.0% Golden Brown Sugar
  • 9.6% Mirin
  • 6.6% 4201 Worcestershire Sauce Powder
  • 5.8% 1917 Kombu Extract Powder
  • 5.7% 2111 Shiitake Extract Powder
  • 3.0% Modified Food Starch
  • 0.8% 2355 Roasted Garlic Powder
  • 0.7% Ginger Paste
  • 0.5% Salt

Add Nikken ingredients, salt and starch to hot water and whisk until no lumps remain.  Add mixture to saucepan along with remaining ingredients.  Heat on medium high heat to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
