Tomato Rosa Sauce

  • 54.9% Tomatoes, crushed
  • 35.05% Heavy Cream
  • 3.7% Olive Oil
  • 2.4% Butter, unsalted
  • 0.73% Sugar
  • 0.7% Traditional Soy Sauce Powder 5301
  • 0.7% Red Miso Powder 6100
  • 0.5% Komi Powder 7400
  • 0.4% Onion Powder
  • 0.4 % Roasted Garlic Extract Powder 2355
  • 0.2% Basil Leaves, dried
  • 0.2% Salt
  • 0.06% Oregano, dried
  • 0.06% Black Pepper, ground

Heat olive oil in sauce pan over medium heat.

Add tomatoes, sugar, 5301 Traditional Soy Sauce Powder, 6100 Red Miso Powder, 7400 Komiā„¢ Powder, 2355 Roasted Garlic Extract Powder, Onion Powder, basil, salt, oregano and black pepper and mix well.

Increase heat to medium high and bring to a boil.  Allow to cook for several minutes until much of the liquid has evaporated.

Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and butter.

Simmer for 5 minutes.
