  • 25.54% Apricot Puree
  • 17.34% Evaporated Milk
  • 17.12% Unsalted Butter
  • 8.80% Water
  • 2.06% 1620 Fish Sauce Powder
  • 0.10% Salt
  1. Scale and combine ingredients into small mixing bowl
  2. Whisk vigorously until fully emulsified
  3. Store in airtight container
