You don’t have to be a seasoned food industry veteran to know that keeping up with food trends is a big part of our business. And we personally have found that an easy way to keep track and stay on top of all things food is by searching Pinterest boards and Instagram accounts. We have developed some particular favorites that we follow and wanted to share those with you. So, grab a cup of comfort and slip into a favorite chair and be prepared to pin or insta like mad.

Across the pond is a wonderful food trend company, Food Watchers. Their Instagram makes us hungry and always has some gems.

The New Potato blog (thenewpotato.com) is the essence of cool covering food, design and chef insights. And with a tag of the world through the lens of food, The New Potato pinterest account does not disappoint.

If fitness is part of your goals for 2015, check out Greatist BodyWeight Exercises Pinterest board. No more excuses from too much time on the road, these can be done anywhere. Feel the burn!

Of course, we are avid fans of Carolyn Pope’s Umami Girl blog and her Food Joy board is dedicated to all things umami and beyond. Mouthwatering.

Being based in St. Louis, we are fully aware of our fair city’s reputation as somewhat of a barbecue town. But we are here to tell you that there is a lot more going on in STL and the two boards St Louis Restaurants I Want to Try and St. Louis Food Culture validate that.

If chefs inspire you, we of course have our favorites. No surprise, we feel a kinship with David Chang and his obsession with all things umami and his Instagram is food porn at its finest.
