Miso Soup

% Ingredients

  • 96.15% Water
  • 2.00% 6100 Red Miso Powder
  • 1.00% 6107 White Miso Powder
  • 0.35% 1917 Kombu (Seaweed) Extract Powder
  • 0.20% Salt
  • 0.15% 1604 Fish Extract Powder
  • 0.15% 5365 Wheat Free Soy Sauce Powder

Heat water to a simmer.  Mix together dry ingredients and then whisk into water.  Before serving, add tofu cubes and scallions to broth, as desired.
