Raspberry Balsamic Glaze

% Ingredients

  • 68.01% Raspberry Jam
  • 27.60% Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2.50% Canola Oil
  • 0.80% 2355 Roasted Garlic Extract Powder
  • 0.50% 7400 Komi Powder
  • 0.44% Salt
  • 0.15% Black Pepper

Disperse starch in balsamic vinegar to make a slurry.

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk until fairly smooth.

Place in sauce pan and bring to a boil while stirring constantly for three minutes.
